We understand that life, and the challenges it throws our way, are constantly evolving. That&#8217;s why our programme is too!<\/p><p>One of the most concerning trends we&#8217;ve seen is the rise of gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF), and bullying. These are just a few of the many social issues affecting our youth today.<\/p><p>In response, we&#8217;ve added some exciting new elements to our programme:<\/p><p>Self-Defense and Discipline: Through kickboxing lessons, children learn valuable skills from professionals on how to stay safe and defend themselves if needed. Importantly, these lessons also emphasize using these skills positively and responsibly.<br \/>Unlocking Creativity: We&#8217;ve observed that restricted creative expression can hinder problem-solving abilities. Our percussion sessions get kids tapping into their rhythm and artistic sides, while LEGO therapy provides a fun and therapeutic outlet for creative exploration.<\/p><p>These engaging activities go beyond just being fun \u2013 they equip our children with practical life skills that will benefit them well into the future.<\/p><p>Our Epic Kids Club is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our community&#8217;s youth.
